M and L for one coat of cement base paint (plain) over old decorated / unplastered surfaces of walls of any description including preparation of treated plastered / unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for one coat of cement base paint (camouflage pattern) over old decorated / unplastered surfaces of walls of any description including preparation of treated plastered / unplastered surfaces including washing, rubbing down complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for Creosote Oil including preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for preparation of old painted of steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden painted surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old wooden painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for preparation of old painted surfaces of plastered surfaces, bricks, stones, concrete or AC sheet of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth in walls and ceilings, not otherwise described and applying one coat of Plastic Emulsion Paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for preparation of old painted surfaces of plastered surfaces, bricks, stones, concrete, AC sheet or steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth in walls and ceilings, not otherwise described and applying one coat of Fire Resistance Paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for one coat of weather proof exterior Acrylic emulsion paint (Camouflage) (APEX or equivalent) over old decorated / unplastered surfaces of walls of any description including preparation of treated plastered / unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete Removal of existing treatment on walls including removing dirt, nails, making good holes cracks etc brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soots etc and applying Two coats of weather proof exterior Acrylic emulsion paint (Plain) (APEX or equivalent) of any tint over one coat of Exterior Acrylic primer (Asian or equivalent) on walls including scaffolding with required safety measuers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of plain or corrugated steel and iron surfaces of any description and in rusted PF wall claddings and rusted Nissan Hut roof sheets, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted of steel and iron surfaces of any description and on rusted steel and iron surfaces of CLP trusses, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Aluminium Paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M and L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surface on internal wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
