Material and labour for disconnecting the existing OCB's and shifting to MES store yard from Power House including loading, unloading, transportation, necessary T & P etc. complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note :- 1. Testing of Circuit Breakers shall be carried out at the manufacturer's workshop in presence of representative of Accepting Officer and testing results shall be signed by both Contractor and Inspecting Officer before dispatch. Contractor has to facilitate necessary arrangement for carrying out inspection/testing at OEM workshop. The payment for inspection shall be borne by the Contractor. No extra amount will be provided and the cost of testing is deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item. 2. Circuit breakers should be manufactured and supplied by OEM only not through channel partners. 3. Contractor has to intimate 45 days prior to commissioning and arrange necessary testing equipments for carry out pre-commissioning test by SEI. 4. Necessary settings to be carried out by Contractor before commissioning according to incomming voltage rating of DISCOM.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, earthed of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supplying, fix in replacement, chequered plate of 8 mm thick for covering the duct of cable including cutting to required dimension of duct complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe 100 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable laid in trenches/fixed to pole with MS clamp, nut, bolt etc. complete with all fitting such as socket or any other item required for fixing of pipe including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note MS clamp, nut, bolt etc required for fixing the pipe with pole is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item).

Supply and fix copper strip size 20x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors above ground complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materal and labour for earthing complete with copper plate 600mm×600mmx3.15mm thick electrode buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcol dust and common salt around earth plate and Gl pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earthwork and 40 mm dia Medium grade Gl Pipe for protection of strip and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit, pre-cast RCC cover in (1:2:4), type B1 with 3 Nos 8mm dia TMT bars both ways complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Ser no. 08 above but with gavanised steel plate electrode 600X600X6mm and connected with 4.0mm dia galvanised earth lead complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
