REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS SECURITY LIGHTS PERIMETER LIGHTS AND SOLAR LIGHTS FROM RWA 1 TO RWA 8 OLD SANCHI AND VIJAY ENCLAVE AT BAIRAGARH UNDER GE BHOPAL

Note :(i) Please refer Sch A/ BOQ Notes before quoting the tender for all phases/ items mentioned below. (ii) Amount of Schedule of credit shall be deducted offline

M&L for overhauling of not less than 16 meters height high mast lighting system by degreasing and cleaning of double drum winch, gear box, wire rope, clamps, bobbin arrangement, power tool motor, mechanical torque limiter, lowering the mast head assembly, degreasing and cleaning the pulley, docking arm etc and applying new grease / lubricating oil for all mechanical moving / rotating parts, checking all the electrical parts such as timer panel, all cable connections in control panel, motor, junction box, flood light fittings and aviation obstruction light fitting etc, rectifying the defects, renewing the defective components etc including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of flood light fittings, aviation obstruction light, control cable, steel wire rope, timer panel components and rewinding of motor if required at site will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Schedule 'A'.

M&L for disconnecting/Taking out the motor from high mast light of any capacity, transportation to workshop and remaining the existing winding and rewinding with new super enamled copper wire of same gauge & same no of turns through cleaning of stator body & applying insulating varnish, drying up by heating for improving ohmic value, reassembling the motor by replacement of bearing including painting with one coat of synthetic enamled paint and reinstalling on its original position connecting up and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of polycarbonate thermoplastic weather proof junction boxes IP-65/66 for street lights size of approx size not less than 210 x 155 x 102 mm with metric knock outs for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation, glands and with 4 terminals, terminal rating 32 Amps for three phase and neutral mounted with locking arrangement including fixing to the poles by means of suitable size of clamps, nuts and bolts with and including 01 no SP, MCB, 6-32 Amps,10KA complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable XLPE cable from trenches of any size and credit to contractor complete all as directed and directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core including taking out old cables and removing from site complete all as directed and directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core including taking out old cables and removing from site complete all as directed and directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core including taking out old cables and removing from site complete all as directed and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth including getting out all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L sand filling in-trenches for cable cushioning with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified. Note:-punned thickness only measured for payment.

Material and labour for cable cover class LV type-1 flat , size 250mmx150mmx40mm as per IS-5820 for cable protection laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using (20mm) graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete (for foundation bed concrete in stays /poles or any other directed site)

S&F in repairs LED driver suitable for 45-60 Watt existing LED security/street lights of any make and model complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LED driver suitable for 70-90 Watt existing LED security/street lights of any make and model complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LED driver suitable for 100-200 Watts existing LED flood light of any make and model complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 4 to 6 Contractor will produced original manufacture certificate and warranty card for 3 year for repair /replacement.

Supply and fixing in replacement cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed size 2.5 Sqmm three core stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for bracket made of GI, light grade pipe 1.2mtr long of size 50 mm bore bend to shape as per site requirment fixed to pole with 40 x 5 MM -02Nos, size clamps bolts, Nuts, washers incuding painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down solar light fitting of wattage 11 to 36 watt with solar panel assembly, solar battery assembly, light controller, fixture mounting bracket for checking its serviceablity including carrying minor repair work and painting pole with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any major items required for replacement will be paid seterately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

M/L for replacement of solar panel assembly complete with Light controller and MPPT charge controller suitable for 11 to 36 Watt solar street light as per existing make including electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel poles and applying a coat of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as channels, angles, etc; of any description and zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips of 5 cm wide in green (02 Nos) and white (01 No) colour at a height of 1.25 mtr from coping of pole with and including writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background on the pole and a coat of cement base paint on PCC coping of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for trimming of tree branches up to 2.0 meter clearance all around HT/LT overhead lines and depositing where directed at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified directed. Note: The item will be measured in span length of approx 30 mtrs between poles.

Supply, installing, testing & comissioning in replacement of LT outdoor type, Timer switch panel, single phase, mounted on pole/wall, comprising of following items complete all as specified and directed. (i) MCB, SP 16 Amp, 'C' Curve, 240 V , 10 KA - 01 Nos. (ii) Contactor 16 Amp, 240 V - 01 Nos (iii) Electronic Timer 1 Phase - 01 Nos.

Supply, installing, testing & comissioning in replacement of LT outdoor type Timer switch Panel, Three phase, Mounted on pole/wall, compressing of following items complete all as specified and directed. (i) MCB TPN 40 Amp, 'C' Curve, 415 V , 10 KA - 01 Nos. (ii) Contactor 25 Amp, 415 V - 01 Nos. (iii) Electronic Timer 1 Phase - 01 Nos.

S&F for MCB SP 16 Amp, Curve C, 240 V, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MCB TPN 40 Amp, Curve C, 240 V, 10 KA Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs contactor 16 Amp single Phase , 240 V , as per IS 13947-4-1, suitable for nature time switch model swadeep -02 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs contactor 25 Amp 3 Phase , 415 V , as per IS 13947-4-1 ,suitable for nature time switch model swadeep -02 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of electronic timer switch top mounted, single phase, 240 volts suitable for existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of electronic timer switch top mounted, three phase, 240 volts suitable for existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of GI tubing light grade, complete with all fittings as required for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole with suitable size M.S.flat iron clamps including nut, bolt and washer of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of integral LED Street light luminaire of not less than 45 W, luman efficacy not less than 110 lm per watt, comprising of die cast alluminium housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame, IP-66 protection suitable for voltage range should be 170 to 240 Volts with glass cover and with all fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts and washer connecting to electric system with 2.5 sqmm PVC aluminium stranded conductor 2 core minimum 2.0 m length, on pole including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of integral LED Street light luminaire of not less than 60 W, luman efficacy not less than 125 lm per watt, comprising of die cast alluminium housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame, IP-66 protection suitable for voltage range should be 170 to 240 Volts with glass cover and with all fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts and washer connecting to electric system with 2.5 sqmm PVC aluminium stranded conductor 2 core minimum 2.0 m length, on pole including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of integral LED flood light luminaire of 120 W, high efficiency as per IS-16107, IP-66 degree of protection with pressure diecast alluminium housing and toughened glass and with all fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts, washer and clamps for fixing and connecting to electric system with 2.5 sqmm PVC aluminium stranded conductor 2 core minimum 2.0 m length, on pole inclduing testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of integral LED flood light luminaire of 150 W, high efficiency as per IS-16107, IP-66 degree of protection with pressure diecast alluminium housing and toughened glass and with all fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts, washer and clamps for fixing and connecting to electric system with 2.5 sqmm PVC aluminium stranded conductor 2 core minimum 2.0 m length, on pole inclduing testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of integral LED flood light luminaire of 200 W, high efficiency as per IS-16107, IP-66 degree of protection with pressure diecast alluminium housing and toughened glass and with all fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts, washer and clamps for fixing and connecting to electric system with 2.5 sqmm PVC aluminium stranded conductor 2 core minimum 2.0 m length, on pole inclduing testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Items against ser no 35 to 42 Contractor will produced original Manufacture certificate and warranty card for 3 year for replacement.

S&F all -in-one of integral LED Solar Street light consisting of solar photovoltaic module battery, battery management system, control electronics, LED driver, PIR sensor, inter connecting cables and pole mounting piece integrated into the luminaire as a single unit. The system must comprises of solar street light with IP-65 protection having a system wattage of 27-29 watt with not less than 4500 lumen output, high efficiency mono-crystalline solar panel, highly efficient MPPT based charge controller and 12.8 V, 30 lithium ferro phosphate battery LED lumen efficacy shall be aleast 175 Lm/W with suitable LED driver the luminaire shall be hosued in IK-08 impact registance certified alluminium pressure die-cast housing with anti corrosive coating and must have a UV stabilized polycarbonate cover, the luminaire shall have a specially designed pole mounting piece that enabled lateral as well as post top mounting and installation at varying from 0 to 15 degrees for optional light distrinution . The fixture proposed must have passed LM 79 & LM 80 reports along with the sample from a certified NABL laboratory complete all as specified and directed.

S&F all -in-one of integral LED Solar Street light consisting of solar photovoltaic module battery, battery management system, control electronics, LED driver, PIR sensor, inter connecting cables and pole mounting piece integrated into the luminaire as a single unit.
