Construction of Barrack for sentries at EVM and VVPAT warehouse Paralakhemundi in the district of Gajapati for the year 2026-27

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour, labour CESS, T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand in layers not exceeding 23cm in depth and compacted with watering, ramming, dressed and leveled the top surface to required gradient including cost , conveyance , royaoity of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P, etc.required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Measurement willl be taken on finished compacted section only)

Providing and laying cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth using 40mm size black hard granite crusher broken metal and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality from approved quarry as per approved design including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing for the required period, finished smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with labour, labour CESS , and T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work with M-20 grade In Different RCC Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm² in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and texts conducted in accordance with relevance IS code using 20 mm and downgraded size black hard granite crusher broken stone chips and screened and washed sharp river sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrator, watering, curing for 28 days, including cost of centering & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials , cost of all labour, labour CESS T&P etc. required for complete the work in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
