Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of "KIRLOSKAR GREEN" Kirloskar Genset Engine Make -R550 Model No. 20.9 HP @ 1500 RPM Three Cylinder, Vertical, Liquid - Cooled Diesel Oil Engine Directly Coupled with "KOEL GREEN" Make AC alternator, III phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz, power factor @ 0.8, Self Excited, Self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM 12 KW/15KVA DG Set with acoustic enclosure (Sound proof) as per Central pollution control board (CPCB-II) approved Silent DG Set including inbuilt Single EB AMF Panel board suitable for 15KVA DG set etc. as required. Make:- Kirloskar or equivalent.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electrode type-19, 50mm dia, length 2 mtrs (short time current -52.6 rms for 1 sec, peak-125.6) with back fill compound including providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

a) 4 X 16 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.on surface complete with fittings etc as required.

a) 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID-38 mm nominal)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

a) 2 X 6 sq. mm (19mm)

b) 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

Supplying and fixing of Cut-Out 100A/415V* in the existing panel board Make:- Havells- Cat. No. IHKKRN4100 or equivalent in Anchor/Legrand/L&T complete with all accessories etc as required.
