REPAIR MAINTANANCE REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS SERVICING OF ACBS WITH CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER AGE EM II IN GE C KIRKEE

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand/fine crushed stone dust for cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of and 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : punning thickness of 18 cm will be measured for payment)

M&L for providing of bricks, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying , jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed of following size:-

Repairs/overhauling of LT air circuit breakers of any make & capacity 1600 to 3200Amps and replacement of minor items like springs, washers, bolt & nuts and other insulating materials etc and also including calibration and testing of control and protection devices of equuipments in the following steps all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) Disconnecting and taking out the breaker after taking shut down of the respective panel and check the defects. (ii) Overhauling the ACB by opening all parts and lubricasting the moving parts as per the requirement. (iii) Re-assembling the air circuit breaker complete, installing to its original position, testing and commissioning the breakers for both tripping mechanism and closing mechanism for proper functioning of the breaker all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Cost of lubricants or cleaning agent shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Replacing of defective parts will be measured and paid separately.

Disconnect taking down the unserviceable ACB and S&F new ACB in the existing panel air circuit breaker of rating 800A 4 pole 50 KA, MDO microprocessor based SR 18G release , , fully interlocked casette door, automatic saftey shutters, mechanical ON & OFF indiacators, closing coil and shunt trip coil voltage 220-250 V AC and as per existing CT ratio ACB ensures validity of short circuit tests , service/test isolated position with indicators, Make : Legrand/L&T/ABB/ C&S

Disconnect taking down the unserviceable ACB and S&F new ACB in the existing panel air circuit breaker of rating 1600A 4 pole 50 KA, MDO microprocessor based SR 18G release, fully interlocked casette door, automatic saftey shutters, mechanical ON & OFF indiacators, closing coil and shunt trip coil voltage 220-250 V AC and as per existing CT ratio ACB ensures validity of short circuit tests , service/test isolated position with indicators. Make : Legrand/L&T/ABB/C&S. Note : Contractor has to inspect the site before quoting item Nos 10 to 11. Any modifications/frame work and renewal of suitable size of bus bar for ACB panels and fixing, Testing and commissioning is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down old corroded existing LT danger boards and supply and fix new danger notice plate for 440/380V made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS Clamps/bolts & nuts of approved size 200X150mm complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No.12.00 but HT notice plate 11000 Volts of size 250 x 250mm complete all as specified

M&L for earthing complete with hot dip galvanized steel pipe in pipe electrode, outer pipe 88mm dia medium grade and inner pipe 55 mm dia including testing, 3 mtr long and having 50x6 mm terminal on inner pipe to connect earthing strip with 14 mm holes for nut bolts, buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 100 mm dia and 3.3 mtr deep using suitable mechanical drilling machine (for drilling near the specified bldg) connected with galvanized steel earthing lead of 32x6 mm strip with minimum two Nos of GI nut bolits and connected to test point from earthing pit. The electrode pipes should be filled with 2x 25 kg bags of carbon based earthing compound. The resistance of the compound should be less than 0.1 Oms . The compound should be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities with ph value between7-9. Connected to the earthing test point, Fiber reinforced plastic pit not less than 300x300 mm with pit cover, including necessary returning filling & removal of extra soil , to achieved earth resistance value less than 5 Oms including testing complete all as specified Make U-Protect or equivalent NOTE: IF the desired result not obtained after testing the contractor should do re-eathing without any extra cost.

Supply and lay in trenches GI strip 25 mm x 4 mm for earth continuity earthing all as specified and directed.

-ditto- but 32 x 6 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing the existing panel duly Isolate/de-energize the supply to the LT Panel Board of capacity from 200 Amps to 1000 Amps and voltage 415 Volts/230 Volts, opening the doors/covers of the cubicle enclosure for carrying out the servicing/maintenance/repairs of the Panel Board, switch gear, metering etc and re-fixing the same in place after repairs including testing and commissioning of the paenl board comprising of the following:- (a) Cleaning the inside switch gear chambers for removing dust, carbon and rusted surfaces including cleaning with blower and apply insulating varnish. (b) Check the condition of the DMC/SMC support insulators including cleaning applying Dr beck red for better IR values and replacement of insulators if required. (c) Tightening up of all bus bar connections, cable connections, replace bolt, nuts wherever required. Note: Contractor has to inspect the site before quoting. Any modifications/frame work and renewal is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Disconnecting and taking down existing bus bars 4 wire system from LT panel board cleaning with CTC applying with becktol solution, removing old insulation and providing new heat shrink insulating sleeves, connecting and fixing in the same panel with new nuts, bolts, washers of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing worn out control wiring connections incl cable lugs of LT panel board of 4 wire system and supply and connect with new cable PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm incl new copper lugs and nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing worn out cable lugs, nuts, bolts, washers etc from LT panel board of 4 wire system (incomming and outgoing) and supply and connect with new aluminium lugs and nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old existing worn out neoprene gasket from shutters of LT panel board single door /double doors or openable on both sides and supply and fix new neoprene gasket complete all as specified and directed.
