This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) second slurry of cement @ 0.500 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementatious composite compounds @ 0.250 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (WPC will be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge. Note: (i) The application shall be carried out by authrozied applicator.

2nd Layer :- Application of Primer - M&L for Primer to the surface with a mixture of water based PolyUrethane (PU) liquid membrane and potable water in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. (200 grm PU & 200ml water) and apply @ 400gm/sqm of the mixture and allow to touch dry shall be applied on the prepared surface. 3rd Layer :- M&L for first coat of PolyUrethane (PU) liquid membrane @ 1 Kg/Sqm by roller/airless spray while the primed surface is takly and spread fiber glass net of 45 gsm with overlaps of 50mm in both directions when the surface is still tackly, second coat of PolyUrethane (PU) liquid membrane @ 1 Kg/Sqm by roller/airless spray for final complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The application shall be carried out by authrozied applicator. (ii) As per description of this item minium two coats of Polyurithene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over one coat of primer shall be carried out as per manufacturer instruction. Please note no price adjustment shall be made, if as per manufacture instructions more coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrlic based water proofing liquid compound & primer are required for roof treatment. (iii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in building / strcture of any height.

Dismantling of wall or ceilling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, of any thickness including cover fillets , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4 mm dia as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge alongwith testing on completion.
