Demolition of cement Concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc incl raking out joints hacking for keys srubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

S&F in repairs Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks double layer (cylinder each vertical with closed top) of capacity 500 Itrs, hoisted and fixed in position including pvc float valve 20mm size,specified in SSR Pt-1 Make : Sintex / Frontier / Polycon complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (bldg ht may vary upto 10.00mtr).

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge (bldg ht may vary upto 10.00mtr).

M&L for two coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of walls incl preparation of surface complete all as specified

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

M&L for Removal of old paints and preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying Two coats of Apex paint (Exterior acrylic emulsion paint) in camouflaging pattern as per design given by Engineer-in-Charge on wall and roof, for similar articles etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (bldg ht may vary upto 10.00mtr).

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface over 10cm width or girth over a coat red oxide primer incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge (bldg ht may vary upto 10.00mtr).

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of primer including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. (bldg ht may vary upto 10.00mtr).

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application with two coats of bitumen based aluminium paint complete all as specified (Bldg ht upto 10 m)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L Providing, cement concrete type B 1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm aggregate), as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges parapets copings, bed plates, etc

Cutting grooves of size 75mm wide and 65mm deep in brick parapet wall for inserting APP membrane and making good the disturbed portion in CM (1:3)

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in flooring with PVC dividing strip incl finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement including all necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Matting, single or double any type including, if any

M & L for 3.2/3.3 mm thick Linoleum, plain coloured, laid dry in floors, linoleum is sealed down with an approved adhesive including stretching, cutting and fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.
