CERTAIN REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECT WORKS, FIXTURES/ LIGHT FITTINGS AND CONNECTED E/M ITEMS IN OTM ACCN AREA II UNDER GE (EAST) JALANDHAR CANTT

Taking down carefully existing point wiring of any type/ any size (ie on wooden/ batten, surface conduit, casing capping or concealed conduit) complete for light, fan, socket or power point etc including removing switches, sockets, holders, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, light fittings, switch board outlets with sheets and other materials from site for refixing of serviceable light and for taking credit of unserviceable light as per Sch of credit and making good disturbed surface of walls,roof, floors etc. with any type of civil wk involved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring for light point with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm cable drawn in existing conduit terminated in existing sunken pressed steel boxes duly painted with anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer with plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover 3mm thick make hylum or equivalent fixed with nickel polished screws with cup washers etc including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm single core as earth continuity conductor (green colour) connected with earth dolly with thimble complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per srl item No. 2 above, but for one Fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified

Ditto all as per srl item No. 2 above, but for one bell point controlled by one bell push complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per srl item No. 2 above, but for one light point controlled by two way switches complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per srl item No. 2 above, but for one socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per srl item No. 2 here-in-before, but for one socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board controlled complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per srl item No. 2 here-in-before, but with 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS copper cable for one 3 Pin 15 Amp socket on independent board including one 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor multi stranded green colour PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade as earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly with all accessories complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement switch piano flush type, 5 Amps, 240 Volt AC single pole, one way complete all as specified and as directed.
