Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc

Material and Labour point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm cable for one light point controlled by one one way in PVC Cassing capping with all accessories, junction box etc incl one FRLS PVC insulated, un sheathed Single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.0 Sqmm for continues earth wire connected to main earth dolly , including matching the disturbed surface with cement work and white washing/colour washing/distembering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engr -in Charge.

One light/fan point controlled by one switch.

3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on independent board.

All as per item No 2 above but with cables of size 2.5 sqmm for phase,neutral and 1.5 sqmm for earthing for 3 pin 15 amps socket outlet on ind board.

Taking out U/S LED floodlight and supply and fixing with new luminaire with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP 66 complete 100 watt capacity. WIPRO or equv in CG/Havells incl fixing and making electric connections and testing for proper working all as directed.

M & L for repairing/servicing of electrically operated shutter operating mechanism at parking/storage areas complete for both electrical as well as manual operation of the shutters, by checking/repairing of all the parts/systems, cleaning and tightening of all contacts & electrical connections, oiling/lubrication of the gears, bearing & chains etc, checking and properly tightening of all the hardwares, replacing worn out / rusted nuts/bolts/washers etc with new one, checking and setting the mountings for proper alighnment and for smooth/trouble free opening/closing of the shutters, checking insulation value of the motor and testing the sysytem for automatic (electric motor mode) and manual operation for trouble free opening and closing of the shutters all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the defective ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep and refixing the same at the original postion after repairs incl supply and fixing safety/locking split pins, making electrical connections and testing for proper working complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the defective exhaust fan 380 mm sweep and refixing the same at the original postion after repairs incl making electrical connections and testing for proper working complete all as directed.

Dismantling the fan motor, taking out burnt out windings,bearings etc cleaning the slots and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge incl all insulating materials, reassembling and testing for proper working complete all as directed for the following:-

1200 mm sweep ceiling fan.

380 mm sweep exhaust fan
