Supply of 16mtr. High mast in two section Construction S355 grade as per BS-EN 10 025 Top Dia 150mm, bottom dia 360mm, plate thickness 3mm, 20side polygon, galvanisation as per BS EN ISO 1461, base plate dia 520mm, base plate thickness 25mm, GI single spike lighting protection, maximum wind speed 47 m/s with 6 nos foundation bolts of PCD 445mm TS 600/ 24mm dia/850 mm long. Luminaries carriage : Material for 40 NB ERW Class B – M.S. Pipe, dia of carriage ring 450mm (ID) with 8/12 arm, welded, 2 sections having carrying capacity upto 8/12 luminaries. Trailing Cable : 5 core 2.5sq.mm. PVC flexible copper conductor Winch/Power Tool : Double drum, SWL 350 kg with 1HP 6 pole single speed integral motor Rope : Grade AISI 304, 7/19 construction, dia 5mm, BLC 1450 x 2 having 2 nos of continues rope. Feeder Pillar : control panel housing 63A TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer, 45A contactor circuit for the automatic control of luminaries power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 35sq.mm. and outgoing 16 & 2.5 sq.mm. terminals.

ITC of the high mast and light fixture with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring material like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor lugs, MCB and all labour & construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering safe soil bearing capacity of 10T/ mtrs sq. for 16 M High mast.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal or coke and salt) as required.

Supply and laying 8 SWG copper wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including solding etc. as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated sheathed (heavy duty) armoured electric cables with Aluminium conductor for working voltage 1100 volts conforming to IS:7098 (part-1)/IS:1554 (a) 4x16 sq mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq mm directr in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench etc as rquired, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

S/F 40 mm dia, medium class G.I pipes for road crossing
