M & L for water proofing treatment of expention joints of water tank, collection chambers of water supply installations by applying following specifications:- (i) Removal of existing treatment on the expansion joints and cleaning the surface including sides upto sufficient width with mechanical means including taking down loose plaster or PCC i.e. wire bruss/air blower etc and remove all loose /unsound materials, dirt, dust etc. (ii) Repairing the edges of epoxy mortar to achieve a reasonably homogeneous edges and joint size complete all as specified. (iii) Sealing the expansion joint with one component, air cured flexible PU sealant size 40x20mm [ width :depth:1:1].

M&L Providing and applying flexible hypalon/ FPO sheet 150mm wide on the expansion joints[ Suitable for drinking water] as per the manufacturers specifications complete including epoxy adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing 10-12mm dia , non ferrous metallic nozzles on the surface of cracks with epoxy putty/cement grout. Cutting the nozzles and sealing the surface after epoxy/cement grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- grouting of epoxy/cement grout to be paid separately

M&L Providing and injecting low viscosity epoxy grout with grouting pump including of thinner and all accessories complete to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge complete all as specied and directed.

M&L Providing and grouting cement grout admixed with non shrink admixture as per the manufacturers dosage as specifications complete in all respects including cost of pump etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning the surface of all the loosely adhering particles, dust etc, manually/mechanically as required, as per the site conditions with suitable means and repairing any spalled area with epoxy putty/ high strength polymer ready mix mortar where ever required as per the directions of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:-ready mix mortar to be measured seperately.

M&L for applying two coats of food grade, water based, solvent free epoxy coating suitable for water reservoirs. The coating shall be done as per the manufacturers specifications @ 0.2kg/sqm per coat complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of cracks to a 'V' groove, cleaning the surface and sealing the same with high strength ready mix mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note:-ready mix mortar to be measured seperately

Providing and laying high strength ready mix micro concrete having 3 day strength> 25N/mm2 and 7 day strength> 40N/mm2 complete including primer, shuttering as per directions of the engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (except roof) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for prepartion of old painted steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted NTP/CGI/PGI/or other steel roof surfaces, eaves and gutters etc. exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old rusted NTP/CGI/PGI/or other steel roof surfaces, eaves and gutters etc. exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of previously treated surfaces and applying one coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved tint and make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone masonry walls including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick / stone or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preperation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls including applying Two coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved tint and make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pillasters etc of bldgs and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work as in Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F for mild steel work as in Framed work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate thick as in sub base to flooring including necessary form work and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 20mm graded aggregate Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepolished coloured chequred cement conc tiles (300mmx300mmx25mm thick) in grey cement and mix with pigment to match colour of tiles in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in filling foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No -30 here-in-before but except stone

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as bond stone for stone walling etc setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing in CM 1:4 to random rubble square/polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses on old/new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of PVC SWR pipes 110 mm dia single socketed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc, and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 20mm graded stone aggregate in filling foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel angles as in fencing post and struts including embedding in concrete, and screwing etc including securing bolts, cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality -A as in line wires for chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild steel galvanised chain link fencing including including lines wires, any mesh, size & type as directed to any type of standard rails etc including provn of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Mild steel round bars as in line wires for chain link fencing shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames without taking down shutters from the frame exc. 1.5 sq. m but n.exc.4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description, exc 1.0 sqm but n.exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, Plain framed, factory made panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2nd Class HW 35mm thick, factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 30mm thick 2nd class hardwood, factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.20 (b) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for butt hinge ISI Marked 100mm size, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for butt hinge ISI Marked 75mm size, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 200mm long mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for 600mmx450mm bevelled edge mirror of selcted qulaity glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commerical ply wood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screw and cup washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand and incl 32mm bore CP coupling long shank , waste fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair 10 litre PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm bore PVC (SWR) floor trap , plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.
