Supply and fix in repair for PVC connections pipe 15mm size, with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs,15mm bore Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose 125mm size with or without swivel joint any size including fixing to steel pipe or union all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified.

Supply and fixing Fancy Type CP long body bib tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle 15mm bore screwed down screwed for iron pipe (ISI marked) or equivalent as approved

Supply and fix in repair for 15mm bore bib taps, chromium plated alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs,Bib tap15 mm standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 15mm-90 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene (three layer) water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 litres all as specified in SSR Part-I.

All as per item No -14 here in before but 1000 litres.

Demolition of Concrete (Unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as a sub base to receive topping layer finished even and rough complete all as specified

M/L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in base of flooring/ hard standing finished evern & smooth w/o using extra cement.. complete all as specified

M & L for 20mm thick screed screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 as in sub base. complete all as specified

M&L of Machine cut kota stone flooring 18-20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing ( mirror finish) (Each stone not less than 55 cms x 55 cms) over 15mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:4) as in floor finished rough including roughening of existing surfaces by pick axicess and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 Kg/Sqm of surface. complete all as specified

Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris to a distance exc 100 m n.exc.250m. cement complete all as specified

M&L for 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound @2% of cement over roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified Note:- WPC shall be mesured and Paid for Separately.

Supply only for Integral Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of induatrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. complete all as specified

M&L for One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified (Note (i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions (ii) A Minimum overlap of 100 mm and 75 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instructions

M&L for Applying two coat of aluminium paint on top of APP membrane. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.50mm graded aggregate) as in padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing old tarfelt or polythene film including taking down plaster of sunken floor , roughening and cleaning by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm and Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (sunken floor/wall) and then applying two course treatment as follow :-(i) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.40Kg/Sqm (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified membrance 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with 100 GSM/Sqm non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and over lap sealed and finished neat. complete all as specified and directed.
