Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping ( where full thickness recovered or only a part thereof disposal of rubbish upto a ditance n. exc. 100m complete all as specified and diected

Removing of surplus excavated/ dimolised materials to a distance exc. 50 m but n exc. 1.5Km away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed Note: Demolised material should not be thrown away on the ground from the top of roof, it should be removed from the roof by manually or by any mechanical means.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors,roof and pavings n exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate , as in roof curving, padding,coping with mixing of WPC as per manufacturer instruction etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. WPC shall be measuredand paid separatly.

supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on edges of RCC chajja or corners of columns where steel reinforcement coming out after fixing 15mm size wire netting of mild steel wire 1.60 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples including taking down of old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exec 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
