Excavation in foundation trenches etcetera in all classification of soil such as pick work,jumper work,pick jumper work,blasting work and hard blasting work in dry or saturated condition upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm(fifteen centimeter) layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of material and disposal all surplus excavated/bored out earth within all leads and lifts and other incidentials .Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be abssolute respossibility to the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand): six graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) (twenty millimetre) nominal size) as directed by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three decimal fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) size so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exterior using Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade.
