Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:1½: 3) type A0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture CONPLAST X421IC (Fosroc) or equivalent as per manufactures instructions as in columns, pillars,lintel, slab supported walls roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Labour only for disconnecting existing over head tanks of capacity exc.500 and n.exc 1000 ltr, setting aside or lowering if required for repair of roof water proofing treatment and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position after necessary work without damaging to existing services etc (including tank nipple and float valve etc) ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
