Fixing only Street Light Fitting with necessary fixing arrangements including GI reducer as required for mounting on existing arm brackets.

Supply of 4 core 16sqmm of 1.1 KV grade alluminium XLPE, PVC/ armoured LT cable for flyover portion only. (Make: Havells/ Polycab/RR Kabel/KEI)

Laying only Cable of 4 core 16sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Havells / Polycab / Finolex / RR Kabel) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm).

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming. 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer. 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat.

Supply & Delivery of 11 Mtr Steel Tubular Pole (Bajaj /Utkarshl/Transrail) as per specification Type 410 SP - 55 as overall length 11 mtr having pole diameter (Bottom x Middle x Top= 193.7 x 165.1 x 139.7 mm) weight 227 KG with fixing the base plate as per direction of EIC. Pole having with 50 mm. dia 1.5 mtr. long detachable type G.I. Single arm bracket, suitable for pole head. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 15 mm. thick stifner plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. properly fixing arrangement with the pole by bolts.

Supply & Fixing of 08 Mtr Long single swan necked swaged type pole with single swan arm bracket (Bajaj /Utkarshl/Transrail) as per specification Type 410 SP - 10 as overall length 09 mtr, Outside Diameter and Thickness of Sections (Bottom x Middle x Top= 114.3 x 88.9 x 76.1 mm) weight 70 KG. Supply & fixing the necessary base plate as per existing on Flyover, including all the fixing arrangements as per direction of EIC to fix up the pole. [Note:-The pole, base plate and allied fixing arrangements should be matched as per existing pole descriptions having on Flyover.]

Supply & Fixing of 50 mm. dia 1.5 mtr. long detachable type G.I. Double arm bracket, suitable for pole head. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 15 mm. thick plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. properly fixing arrangement with the pole by bolts, nuts and washer as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of cylindrical type pole head suitable for existing pole, should be waterproof & fabricated from steel member steel pipe. The cylindrical portion of the pole head which sleeve over the pole top should have suitable dimension to accommodate and supply & fixing of 1 No. 4 way bakelite terminal AC/DC make & 2 Nos. 15 Amp. fuse base & bridge inside the cylindrical portion of the header assembly as per direction of E.I.C..

Repair and replacement of Lock for Loop Box, Holding clamp and allied repairing works for existing Loop Box on existing pole with necessary fixing arrangements.

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly Above 9.0 mtr. Size 0.6x0.6x1.91 mts.

Extra on items 14 above, for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) incl. drilled hole in pole suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe entry, for street light wiring, without Loop Box

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:By ISI-Medium GI pipe.

Dismantling existing steel tubular/Rail/Strut embedded in CC foundation incl. excavation, filling of holes, restoring surface, loading at site and delivering, unloading, sorting, stacking properly at any place as per direction upto a lead of 1.6 km

Note: (a) Defect Liability period for the total work including LED fittings will be 5 years. (b)The warranty for the LED street light fittings of BOQ Item Sl. No. 1.00 and 2.00 has to be provided for 5 years by the manufacturer/OEM, the certificate/certificates(in case of more than one manufacturers/OEMs) in respect of which has to be uploaded with tender documents by the bidder. Submission of multiple authentications from different OEM/ manufacturers is allowed. But, if desired by the EIC, under consent of the competent authority, separate authentication from the OEMs other than those submitted with the bid documents may be allowed in the interest of the work in case of L1 bidder. But in such cases, the authentication has to be received by this department directly from the OEMs by name of the respective bidder, over email and also in hard copies within 07 (seven) working days from the date of Provisional Work Order.The Sl. Nos of the Fittings must be mentioned in the Delivery challan on site along with the warranty certificate provided by the Manufacturer/OEM specifying the fittings with Serial number and date. (c) The bidder should upload Technical Data Sheet (TDS) of fittings and Driver, LM79 & LM80 Test Report for the offered LED street Light fittings of BOQ Item Sl. No. 1.00 and 2.00 from the manufacturer's NABL accredited Laboratory/ any other NABL accredited Laboratory failing which the Bid may be rejected.
