Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes, laying of pipe and cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/grading & ramming bottom of excavation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down 40mm nominal bore Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade and Supplying and fixing 40mm nominal bore Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade for protection of earth lead / passing cable complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified of the following bore (Excavation & Earth work , Mild steel clamps, bolts , nuts and washers shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L burnt clay fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for river sand, unwashed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . (Note:Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Supply & Laying jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE, insulated, armoured LT 1100 volt grades heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor through pipes, induct, on poles, in trenches etc including taking down complete of following sizes

185 Sqmm, 3.5 core.

120 Sqmm, 3.5 core.

16 Sqmm, 4 core.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable mild steel swaged poles/ strut from ground after necessary excavation etc and removing including making good disturbed ground complete all as specified. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by bidder.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron / Mild steel base plate, CI finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil , PCC 1:3:6 type C2 in foundation and around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in plinth block duly finished even and smooth without using extra cement, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting exposed surafces steel tubular poles with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and and black bituminous paint on steel surafces embedded in concrete and providing 300 mm wide bands (5 bands/ straps with fluorescent synthetic enamel paint in alternate colour of black and white from plinth block and numbering of poles , painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and shown in drg No.TD/EM/1 and directed.

S & F in replacment Earthing complete with galvanised MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level, earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm in layers, connected by GI earth strip of size 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion (GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade) from test point to main board. The earthing includes PCC pit chamber, RCC pit cover and frame, watering pipe 20mm bore, funnel with wire mess with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 Mtr etc complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.
