Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 sq. m each complete all as spd & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as spd & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as spd & directed.

Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including thatching any type, mud phuska etc including cleaning the surface by water/air pressure and removal of debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, grill, partitions, sliding tracks, aluminium section for shutters suitable for two/three/four track window and aluminium section sliding members incl all necessary fittings and fixtures, jointing cleats, rubber packing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type with/ without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 Nos) suitable handle (1 No) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.5 mm thick Sheet glass, selected quality and fixed to aluminium joinery in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing plain ACP Board 5 mm thick, fixed in aluminium joinery/partitions including cutting, packing, finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded agg) for plinth protection laid in bays and finished even and fair incl filling the joint with bitumen mastic including demolition of plinth protection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of stpes, skirting, dado and pillar, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing surface and including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as spd & directed.
