1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : Providing and fixing tie bolt, spring coil and plastic cone in wall shuttering complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : Encasing rolled steel section in grillages with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size)including centering and shuttering but excluding cost of expanded metal and hangers.

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Hot finished welded type tubes.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

On steel work

Providing and fixing ISI Marked oxidised arle for gate on both sides.

Providing and laying river bed material comprising of sand , stone boulders, earth etc. complete including consolidation, watering, carriages, loading and unloading etc
