Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description as in sunken slabs, existing roof treatment any type complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth using extra cement with liquid water proofing compound slab treatment as in sunken slab plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound measured and paid seperately.

S&F 40mm bore HDPE pipe as in spout pipes in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Nitoproof 600 PF or equivalent approved product minimum 0.8 mm dft over a priming coat on horizontal and vertical surfaces all as manufactures instruction as in sunken slab surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(NOTE:- After the application of above treatment contractor has to fill the sunken slab surface with water and check for dampness and seepage . In case there ias a slightest indication of seepageis noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracjs or application of polymer modified mortar FOSROC Nitobond SBR of equivalent approved product admixed with the integral WPC or cementitious crystline waterproofing compound in the affected area to seal all cracks and micro cracks if any and additional coat of Nitoproof 600 PF . This shall be done by contractor at his own cost only and rate is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound .

M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm grade aggregate) as in levelling course in flooring finished even and fair under floor finishes.

M & L for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of size 300mmX300mm in floor set and jointed in cement clurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directe. M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles with border tile pattern in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x350 x7 mm / 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and above 10 mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 as backing coat including dismantling of wall tiling of any thickness ncluding cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame ) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing 24 mm thick factory made UPVC door shutters to existing door frames made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and jointed at the corners by means of M.S. galvanized/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.
