Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts , wells, cesspits, manholes, laying of pipe and exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth getting out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected.

M&L for valve chamber of size 1500mm x 1500mm x 860mm (internal dimention) with brick masonty valve chamber, 100mm thich PCC (1:4:8) type D2 as in foundation, 200mm thick brick wall built in CM (1:6), 50mm thich coping of PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) to all internal and exposed surface including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, MS sheet cover 6mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 5mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut bolts etc (valve chamber cover shall be opened in two valves) and painting to MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc with and including dismantling and taking out existing damaged/ rusted valve pit cover of any size from valve pit chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” ,100 mm (4”) dia with all fittings and jointing material incl connection of existing water line in main line including tyton joint including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F cast iron/ DI fittings suitable for spigot and socketed pipes up to 150mm bore confirming to IS-1538 for pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle) tappers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branches. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collers, cap and plug etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI Pipes galvanized, “Light grade ” 50 mm dia , laid in trench for protection of UG cable/Earthing strip complete including taking out the old one .

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles etc of sizes 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core cable including all electrical connections using suitable size of gland and lungs including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed. Make:HAVELLS/RR KABEL/FINOLEX Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover and pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule.

Supplying and fixing heavy duty,industrial type Exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep, 900 rpm speed, 230 Volts, with all accessories and necessary materials, suitable to work on 230 V , AC Supply 50 Hz, erected in position, :ISI marked Exhaust fan , capacitor run with mounting ring, four numbers of fixing hole without regulator and with louvers. Fan motor with moisture proof treatment and E class insulation, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 2312/67 with amendments 1 to 8. The fan mounting rings shall be proper pre-treatment followed with at least two coats of primer; final finish shall be with two coats of grey colour paint duly baked. The connecting leads shall be brought out for making connections including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25X4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised Iron/steel . supplying and laying charcoal stone aggregate) chamber and RCC cover of size 54x54x50 mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in drawing including taking out the old one. Note - Cost of GI strip and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items.

Supply and fixing of Onload Change Over switch of metal sheet enclouser with Four pole with suitable for 415 Volt 200 Amp rating AC supply including fixing on wall and connection with existing XLPE electric cables of any size including lugs and taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as directed at site. Make Mehtab or equivalent.

Material and labour for GI earthing strip of size 25X4 mm including nesassary brazing and connecting existing earthing system including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L Cast iron foot valve of size 50 mm suitable for fixing in 50 mm GI pipe suction line in UG sump complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cast iron foot valve of size 80 mm suitable for fixing in 80 mm GI pipe suction line in UG sump complete all as specified and directed.
