Irrespective of what is shown on drg, supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable front/back side of hat stand, shall be of BWR plywood of grade 'A' ISI Marked (IS:303) of 18mm thickness as per existing size with exposed face covered with 1mm thick decorative laminates Type-I, ISI Marked (IS:2046-1995) of surface finish colour and pattern as approved, affix with marine grade adhesive (02 x Nos of size 40x25x3mm thick FI Key plate for hanging on wall) and exposed edges provided with 25x6 mm thick 1st Class Hard Wood teak all as per drawing and as directed.

M&L for preparing of hat stand with mirror old polished wood & wood based materials by applying emery paper and finishing the surface by cleaning, filling the putty if required and applying one coat of colour tone of any description and of any girth, width and applying french polish/Touchwood as pe drg and as directed.

Removing of unservicable charpoy GI Hard top and S&F of plywood 12mm thick BWR grade ISI marks of size 1980x900mm with nut and bolts fix 75mm long, all as per direction by Eng-in-charge

Long rail made of 32mm dia of GI pipe of length 1980mm medium grade ISI marked duly threading both side ends complete all as specified and directed.

Short rail of length 900mm made out of long rail obtained from Sr no 2.02 above duly cutting and threading of both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Leg of length 440mm made out of long rail /short rail obtained from sr no 2.02 and 2.03 above duly cutting and threading one ends and bottom ends fixing of iron plat complete all as specified and directed.
