1 : 1 : 2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sill, staircases and spiral staircase upto floor five level but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.

b). Flat surface such as suspended floor, roofs landings and the like

Providing aluminium works for door windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to !S:733 and IS :1285 fixed with rawl plug and screws or with fioxing clamp or with expansion hold fastner including necessary filling up gaps at junctions at top bottom & side with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium snap beading for glazing panelling CP brass/stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawing and direction of the engineer incharge (Glazing and panelling to be paid seperately) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including, proving and fixing hings/pivots and making provision for fixing of fitting wherever required (Fitting shall be paid for separately )

I) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing & laying four course water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roof consisting of first, third and fifth course of blown or & residual bitumen applied hot at 13.61kg, 11.34kg and 15.98 kg per 9.29 sqm of area respectively, second and fourth course of roofing felt type 2 ( fibre based self finished bitumen felt) and sixth and final course of stone grit 6mm and down size of pea size gravel spread at 0.064 cum per 9.29 sqm including preparation of the surface etc. complete.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block (Rubber Moulded) of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

LAND DEVELOPMENT

Excavation in Hill Area in Soil by Mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all lift and lead upto 50 metres.
