Concrete with 4cm Guage Stone ballast fine sand of 1.25F.M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation. (DSR-4.8.1)

R.C.C.work with cement, approved Coarse Sand & 20cm guage stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of door ,windows and sunshades excludind supply of reinforcement and its bendind but including its fixing and binding the same with 24B.W.G.GG.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and supply of all meterials,labour and T&Petc.required for proper completion of work .and including curing and binding wire of supplied by the contractor freeof cost etc. Columns. Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of M-150 Class in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) as per SI no 6.1.2

M.S.(Tor steal or plain) in plain work such as R.c.c or R.B work including cutting Binding for proper shape & including all supply of steal and its wastage bend,hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measssuredetc. (DSR-5.22.1)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 11.3.1 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (DSR- 11.3.1)

12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement & 6 course sand ) as per IS 13.4.2

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre as per Sl no. -13.41.1

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses;builts up gates,door ,frames ,record racks roof work, gates etc wrought to required from including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary,and also including supply of steel ,bolts ,n (DSR 10.16.1)

Supply &fixing Galvanised corrugated iron roofing.24BWD in position including Supply of all materials,labour and T$P etc. Required for the proper completion of the work and including wastage sides complete.(DSR- 12.1.1)
