Material & Labour for removing of unserviceable plywood top from Charpoy With Hard Top and supply and fixing 12mm thick Plywood, 7 Ply, commercial type, BWR, exterior grade (water proof), ISI marked, of size 1980 mm x 900 mm in single piece fixed on top of Charpoy GI pipe, fixed with and including mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of size 70mm long & 6mm dia (Nos of bolts to be provided - 12 Nos) with GI washers of suitable size (Heavy weight) in sufficient numbers on top of bolts to maintain the plywood top in true leveled position and one GI washer on underside of each bolt for proper tightening of bolt, embossing word "MES” with height of letters 10cm on four corners of the plywood top with thick black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified, shown on drawings and as directed. Notes :- (i) The above mentioned size of plywood is firm and no tolerance in size, thickness etc shall be accepted. (ii) Plywood shall be provided in single piece in each Charpoy. M&L for opening up and removal of seat, back and shoes of Chair Dining steel, preparation of old painted steel surfaces and painting by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint with spray machine and re-fixing of serviceable seat/back/shoes & replacing the unserviceable seat/back/shoes with & including new steel nut and bolts, welding of frame where required etc complete all as specified, shown on drawings and as directed. Notes : (i) The seat, back & shoes to be replaced shall be paid separately under respective serial item No. 6.01 to 6.03 here-in-after as supply only. (ii) Old steel nut & bolts shall not be used. The cost of new steel nut and bolts shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item. Drg No. TP
