SUB HEAD- I Providing round the clock operation for the following electro mechanical services including sundays/ holidays as per the standard procedures and carrying out maintenance activities as per schedule given in the relevant sections of specifications/ condition of contract by deploying the required staff including specialised manpower and by arranging required tools and plants etc., to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as required for TE DTAX Race course, Coimbatore a. EA set ( 2 x 500 KVA) b. 11 KV Transformer Sub Station (2 x 750 KVA) c. S/T AC units (20 x 1.5 TR) d. Pump sets (7 x 3 HP) e. Monitoring of power plant alarm status and informing any abnormality to the site incharge All the above consists of one unit month

SUB HEAD- II Providing Comprehensive maintenance of the following pumpsets i/c starter, switches etc as per the detailed specifications to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as required

3 HP borewell pumpset -1 no

3 HP compressor pumpset- 1 no

3 HP monoblock pumpset -5 nos
