Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift up to 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear from the as of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs.- P-J Work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-

Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 ( 1 cement : 1½ sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

i) Foundation and Plinth.

ii) Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete work in :

i) Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partitions and the like including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like .

ii) Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs , landing and the like:-

Providing mild steel/tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending , binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 work (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever up to floor two levels.

Manfacturing MS Manhole Cover 600x450mm with Frame of MS Angle 50x50x6mm and cover of black sheet 2.00mm thick complete with angle frames, flates etc including welding with locking arrangemets(Locks) (excluding Cement Concrete)

Laying & Jointing in trenches, GMS Tubes (Light Grade), Tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately). 100 mm Dia.
