Sch 'A' Sec-I ( Building Work) Construction of under ground sump of size of 7.8 m x7.8m x 3.35m effective depth for capacity 40000 gallon based on Drawing No CEDZ/ST/TD-308 sheet No 1/3 to 3/3 dt 26 Sep 2020.

Excavation over area not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specefied and directed

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specefied & directed.

M&L RCC M-30 (Design Mix) as in foundation, incl raft, footings foundation beams, plinth beams, based for columns etc using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specefied & directed.

M&L RCC M-30 (Design Mix) as in columns/post or struts using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specefied & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specefied & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and like any thickness using 20mm garded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specefied & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and column in floors roof, landing balcony, desk slab or shelve etc complete all as specefied & directed.

(Note for Ser item No 1.04 to 1.08 :- (i) RMC agencies as aspproved by Accepting officer may used by contractor. After getting approval of RMC (design mix) work can be started. (ii) Contractor will required to produce PV's MTC of RMC design mix for for payment in RAR. (iii) Leakage / seepage test of UG Sump 7 (Seven) days after filling water will be carried out at site and drop down will not be more than 25mm as per IS. (iv) Rate shall be included for use of recronfibre of sufficient quantity as per design mix.)

Use and waste of form work to faces of wall, retaining walls abuttments parapets and staircase railing and similar rough finished surface of concrete complete all specefied & directed. (Note :- Only steel shuttering shall be used.)

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work not exc 200mm thick in horizontal or sloping rough finished surface of concrete complete all specefied & directed. (Note :- Only steel shuttering shall be used.)

Use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor beam or roof beam, beam haunching gurder bressummers, lintels complete all as speceifed & directed (Note :- Only steel shuttering shall be used.)

Use and waste of form work to edge of concrete flats, trades, break in floors concrete walls roof not exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC bands in walls complete all as speceifed & directed.

M&L mild steel reinforcement TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binds with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as speceifed & directed.

M&L mild steel reinforcement TMT bars, 6 to 8mm dia and over cut length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binds with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as speceifed & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement motar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as speceifed & directed.

M&L prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (Chalk Whiting) complete all as specefied.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement motar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as speceifed & directed.

M&L prepration of newly new steel surface of any description over 10mm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specefied & directed.

M&L 140mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding concrete plinth protection finshing even smooth without using extra cement and filling of sealing compound Grade 'B' in expansion & dummy joints complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreding levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of hardcore of broken stone boulders of gauge exc 63mm but not exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of PVC water stop seal (bar) of size 230mm (9") fixed with retaining wall of best quality as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Sch 'A' Sec-II (Part-II ) (Miscellaneous B/R Work) Surface excavation of not exc 30cm deep and averging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
