Making a temporary platform in the incoming DSB Channel for working platform to make for grouting of M.S Plate in the RCC in the vertical wall of incoming flow from DSB Canal.

Supply of M.S Plate of size 1000x1500x25mm – 2 Nos. and M.S I-Section Beam of size 450x140, length – 5 Mtr. duly welded at incoming CLC of Raw Water for platform for U Guide beam support at one side of DSB.

Breaking of vertical wall of RCC on the DSB with the help of pneumatic concrete breaker. The wall size 8 Mtr. x 1 Mtr. x 300mm from the RCC Roof to clean the space for making the working platform for operation on one side Bar Screen arrangement.

Supply of S.S Anchor Bolt

Making a RCC Pillar outside of DSB Channel by digging work at site and making complete RCC Foundation pillar for providing support etc. as per site requirement.

Fabrication / Supply of I-Section Beam of size 450x140, length 12 mtr. approximate for support of U Guide of Bar Screen with 2 Nos. M.S Plate of size 500x500x20mm with foundation bolt fixing by moving crane on the RCC Pillar along with incoming flow without taking any shut down. The work includes taking all safety precautions and measures to avoid any mishappening.

De-Silting of malba and other leveling work from bottom channel by JCB.

Fabrication and Supply of M.S Platform for fixing of M.S Trigular frame with I-Beam of size 350x140, length 10 Mtr.- 3 Nos. with M.S I-Beam of size 200x100, length 2 mtr. duly welded on incoming RCC Channel by taking proper safety precaution / measurement for support of chequered plate of size 10 Mtr. x 2 Mtr. x 8mm thick on M.S Frame duly welded etc.

Fabrication and Supply of Railing arrangement for platform as per site requirement.

Fabrication and Supply of M.S Frame triangular structure made from the U Channel of size 300x90mm in triangle shape by fabrication with channel 10 Mtr. – 4 Nos., 3.42 Mtr. – 4 Nos., 5.06 Mtr. – 4 Nos., 2 Mtr. – 4 Nos. etc. duly fabricated to make a complete structure for fixing of U Channel to support as guide of manual bar screen in flow of water in channel as per designed for Bar Screen fixing arrangements.

Fabrication/Supply of Bar Screen made from ‘U’ channel of size 150 x 70 m in length 5 meter x 4 meter Height with horizontal support to made proper strengthening for fixing M.S. flat of size 80 x 8m in length of 4 mtr long duly welding with proper space of 100 mm between 2 flates complete welding of beam in this channel with proper space.

Hiring charges of required Tools and Tackles e.g Welding Machine, Gas cutter and other required tools as per site requirement.

Watch and Ward of complete material along with tools and tackles, temporary tin shed for storage of costly materials by lock and key etc. for minimum 30 days.
