S/R to Expressway to Mahulakhali road for the year 2025-26

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms,spreading, grading to a required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for Road & Bridge work (AR - 06, P - 157, item no - 35)

Earth work in excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (As per item 2 (a) of A.R - 2006,page 2

Filling foundation and plinth with sand of good quality including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty & cess of all materials etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and chamber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specificarions for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

WBM Grade-III

Cleaning the existing granular vase surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment etc with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface pf granular base including clearing of road surface & spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat on primed surface with Bitumen / Emulsion (RS-I) on prepared surface etc with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher wit censor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)

Grading-II(19 nominal size)

Providing & laying SDBC with batch mix hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher wit censor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)

Providing and placing in position of Cement Concrete of design mix of M-15 A-40 grade with 40mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing M.S reinforcement for R.C.C work including cutting, bending, binding, tying the grills and placing in position including cost of steel etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with 40mm metal providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall etc. with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
