Repairs to roof treatment under the AoR of AGE E/S-II and AGE W/S-II Installation / Substation under AGE(I)(U) B/R Delhi Cantt-10

Dismantling of brick tiles or terris tiles single layer on roof of any position and or any height, jointed and grouted/pointed in cement mortar including rooftreatment of any description and debris/rubbish off from site complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roof any thickness including plastering, leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), and mud removing to outside of defence land etc, complete all as spd and directed.

Removing of excavated materials/mud phuska collected after demolition from the roof slabs as mentioned ser No here-in-before, exc 250 mtr but n. exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mtr from starting points all as spd and directed.

M&L for preparing surface by brushing with wire brush, sweeping with brooms and cleaning with water and drying with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding of concrete slab finished even and smooth with proper slope without using extra cement complete all as specified

Provinding and applying Smartcare crack seal, for interior or exterior surface of walls and ceiling on horizontal / vertical surface upto 5mm depth and 3mm wide, after taking down the cracks with cheisal and cleaning the surface with brushes as per directed. Make :- Smartcare Crak Seal of Asain Paints (Product code: 1050) or or equivalent in burger and Nerolac or any other ISI / BIS approved product.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerb, mud slope rounder or chamfered on edges coping kerb water tough and like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating directed incl necessary formwork complete all as spd and directed.

Taking down cast iron/PVC pipe of any size of any description with fittings complete all as spd and directed

S&F of PVC (SWR)110 mm bore Pipes single socketed ,in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with MS clamps and screw complete all as spd and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR)110mm bends any radius

Demolition of brick masonry work buit in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, inclu taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as spd
