SH : EARTH WORK

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains i/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead to 50 m.in Hard dense soil. (a) Lift up to 1.5 m

Boring,Providing and compaction stone pile ,well graded materials of 5mmm to 50mmm gravel(river shingles or blast ) with 15% cean course grained sand)(premixed of 300mm in dia & 5500mm in lenth below compacted stone cushion as per dawing & technical specfification)

Providing, spreding, levelling and compaction shingle/gravel 5m to 50mmm)with binding materials @15% clean coarse sand (premixd ) and rolling with power roller.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrte excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 kanhaighat coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams , suspended floors roofs having slop upto 15 degree landing balconies , shelves , chajjas lintels bands plain window sills staircases and spiral staircase upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with (b) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 kanhaighat coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in wall ( any thickness ) including attached pilaster , buttresses,plinth and string courses , fillets , columns , pillars , piers , abutments , post and struts etc upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement in (b) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 kanhaighat coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size).

SH : BRICK WORKS

2nd class (local first class) brick work in foundation and plinth in c.m. 1:4 (1cem:4 kanhaighat c/sand)

2nd class (local first class) brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto 1st floor level in cement mortar 1:4(1 Cem:4C/Sand)

Half brick masonry 2nd class (local first class) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in superstructure.

SH : FORM WORKS

Providing form work i/c centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete to and plain concrete work in. [ using 12 mm shuttering ply] (a) Foundation footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(b) Flat surface such as suspended floor,roofs,landing & the like( i) floor etc upto 200mm in thickness

(c) Columns, pillars, posts and struts (square, rectangular or polygon in plan).

SH: FLOORING

Granite stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average)thick base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement :6 kanhaighat sand ) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete with Granite slab 12.5 mm slab thick Red onix ( 30 x 60 cm )

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement:6 kanhaighat sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete (a) 30 mm thick

SH : FINISHING

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

15mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Whte ceramic glazed tile 7.3mm in flooring, tread or steps and landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3 kanhaighat sand) finished with flushed poitingin white cement

Providing and fixing stainless steel railing made of hollow tubes, channels plates etc. i/c welding, grinding, buffing , polishing and making curvature (whenever required ) and fitting the same with necy. Stainless steel nuts and bolts etc. of required size,on the top of the floor or side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel railing made of hollow tubes, rounded metred ends to top of newels

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door , window , ventilator shutter and partitiopn etc with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc complette with float glass panes of 4 mm thick frame of aluminium hollow tube of 50 x50 mm and angle of 25 x 40 mm fastened with stainless steel screws , steel screws nuts , bolt, washers clest, weather silicon sealant bracker rod s etc
