Preventive maintenance of DG sets(75KVAX01, 62.5KVAX2,125KVAX01) installed at different location of Raksha Bhawan & NDC .The followin maint to be carried out as under :- a) Check levels in oil through ,fuel tank coolant,gauge valve and replesh if necessary. b) Re-grease all grease points. c) Tighten the nuts bolts of pipeline of fuel oil ,lubricating oil,water and check for any leakages. d) Check the water level in radiator and top up the coolant as required. e) Clean oil filters/ Fuel filters. f) Check viscosity of lub oil. g) Check crank case for leakage. h) Clean air filters. j) Check the radiator fan belt condition. M & L for rewinding 3 HP motor of centrifugal pump with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including greasing, varnishing, insulating paper of appropraite class, drying varnishing etc including base repairs if required including cleaning and re-fixing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Development of Existing tube well with compressed air and after that cleaning of water with 25% extra capacity submersible pump by pumping muddy water.

Testing of tube well water from Govt recognised laboratory for potability of water for drinking/other purposes. Report shall be submitted to department.

Supply and laying in replacement MS pipeheavy grade of 50 mm dia for crossing road or fix on pole upto kiosk box including necessary clamps,nuts bolts etc including taking down old GI pipe all as specified and directed by engr in charge.
