Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring (light/ fan/ socket/ power) complete (fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit as per Schedule of credit including making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with FRLS/ LS wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable in and including concealed PVC conduit with all fittings and fixing materials and PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm including connecting complete all as specified and directed for following:-

One light point controlled by one switch.

One exhaust fan controlled by one switch/ ceiling fan controlled by one switch through regulator.

One 3 pin, 5 Amps socket outlet on the same board with other switches.

One 3 pin, 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but with cable of size 4.00 Sqmm for 3 pin, 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board with 4.00 sqmm multistrand copper earth continuity conductor as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs ceiling rose surface bakelite two to three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling fan regulator step type electronic and connecting up complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCB SP 6 to 40 Amps 240 volts 'B' curve type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCB SPN 32 Amps 240 volts 'C' curve type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, MCB distribution board (MCB DB), IP 38, SPN, 12 way, 240 volts, double door, flush type made out of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet metal, Phosphatised, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 13032 with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and din rail etc. complete fixed in switch board/ wall including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, MCB distribution board (MCB DB), IP 38, SPN, 8 way, 240 volts, double door, flush type made out of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet metal, Phosphatised, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 13032 with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and din rail etc. complete fixed in switch board/ wall including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure for incoming MCCB and outgoing MCBs factory made double door, VTPN 415 volts 6 ways with 200 Amp bus bar with IP43 protection complete in all aspects all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts, 100 amps, 25 KA breaking capacity with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic relay complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement factory made sheet metal enclosure single pole & neutral with a two pin & earth plug and socket etc complete with provision for one single pole 'B' series MCB 20 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LED light fitting,20 watt attractive wall/ ceiling mounted type complete with all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.

M&L for submain wiring complete with two runs of 6.0 Sqmm single core, multistranded, FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor, drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm external dia concealed in wall/ floor along with conduit fittings and accessories, fixed on ceiling with one run of 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly including taking down existing submain wiring with conduit any type complete all as specified. Note: Two runs of 6.0sqmm multistranded cable and one run of 6.0sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor alongwith PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit length.

M&L for submain wiring complete with two runs of 4.0 Sqmm single core, multistranded, FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor, drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm external dia concealed in wall/ floor along with conduit fittings and accessories, fixed on ceiling with one run of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly including taking down existing submain wiring with conduit any type complete all as specified. Note: Two runs of 4.0sqmm multistranded cable and one run of 4.0sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor alongwith PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit length.

M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts & GI washers and other end of earth lead connected to main switch board or main control board or test point or equipment, earth lead protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade (ISI marked) 20mm bore, alongwith watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade (ISI marked of specified make), funnel with wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 and RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (i) Pit cover shall be 80mm thick pre-cast of RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/ Sqm. (ii) PCC Chamber shall be constructed 500mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 5 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Disconnecting from socket out lets Split type AC of capacity upto 2 ton of any brand, servicing by dusting, cleaning of indoor and out door units, rectifying gas leakage by applying necessary brazing, adjusting and rectifying faulty operation of elect and electronic remote control panels, replacing of perished elect wires for proper connection from voltage stablizer, reinstalling the units to its original position, replacement of remote cell and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting from socket out lets Split type AC of capacity upto 1.5 ton of any brand, servicing by dusting, cleaning of indoor and out door units, rectifying gas leakage by applying necessary brazing, adjusting and rectifying faulty operation of elect and electronic remote control panels, replacing of perished elect wires for proper connection from voltage stablizer, reinstalling the units to its original position, replacement of remote cell and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting elect connections of refrigerators of capacity upto 310 ltr from wall socket, servicing by dusting, cleaning of the appliance in all respect, rectfying gas leakage by applying necessary brazing, defrozing of the deep freezing unit, replacing of perished elect wires for proper connection from voltage stablizer/ wall socket, reinstalling the units to its original position, and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging refrigent gas R-22/307/32 in Acs , refriferators etc installed at various buildings including brazing and testing to the satisfaction of Engr in charge complete all as specified.

Dismantling of old unserviceable compressor from refrigerator 300/310 ltr capacity., supply and fixing new hermetically sealed unit compressor of same specifications including necessary recharging of refrigerant and brazing etc and provision of new bushes grommets, sleeves, washers, mounting rubbers, nuts & bolts terminal covers & clips and testing all as specified and directed. Make of compressor : Carrier/Kirloskar/Voltas/Techumseh

supply and replace running capacitor 45 Mfd for air conditioner 2 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

supply and replace running capacitor 36 Mfd for air conditioner 1.5 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

supply and replace starting capacitor 100 to 120 Mfd for air conditioner 2/1.5 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.
