Cement concrete with 4cm gauge Approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour tools & Plants etc required for proper completion of the work

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement & fine sand 2.20 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/303) same as item no 303 but in 1:4 one cement & four fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/305) Same as item no 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/303/6.02) Same as item no. 303 but in 1:4 one cement & four fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar. (SOR-305/6.04) Same as item no 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/305(a)) As item 303 to 307 above but in superstructure including necessary Cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of wall not to be less than 1½ brick.
