Providing on hire Portable Bio Toilet of Size 4' x 4' x 8' made of with FRP materials. The toilet equipped with bowl and seat, stainless steel hand wash basin with soap holder, water flush sysem, fresh water tank, ventillation pipe and all other necessary materials required for the system as per direction of EIC. There shall be provision for sweeper and clener round the clock for the toilet as per direction. from 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 = 5 days x 4 Nos x 4 location

Providing on hire Portable European design Men's Urinals for four person of Size 7' x 3.25' x 7' made of with FRP materials. The urinals equipped with P Trap to prevent foul Odour, Mirror on the inside wall and all other necessary materials required for the system as per direction of EIC. There shall be provision for sweeper and clener round the clock for the toilet as per direction. from 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 = 5 days x 4 Nos x 4 location

Charges for Bio chemical, airfreshner & toiletries etc. As per requirement. from 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 = 5 days x 4 Nos x 4 location

Providing on hire basis 12000 Ltr. Capacity water tanker including mobilization to different places to carry fresh water by engaging driver and 2 nos helper to carry out the work as and when necessary as per direction.

Cost of fuel and lubricants for movement of the truck mounted water tanker as and when necessary as per direction.

Carrying of all materials from Kolkata to work site and Carrying back the entire installation from work site to Kolkata after completeion of mela including loading unloading complete.

Providing on hire basis 3 layer PVC water tank of capacity 1000 Ltr. With top type man hole including UPVC pipe & fittings complete. The tank shall be installed on iron angle frame of suitable height and dimension. The iron angle frame as per design shall be provided by the agency on hire basis (4 location)

Erection of steel tubular pole inside ground (overall length 11 meter) on hire basis by excavation of earth of any kind of soil 2.5 mtr. Depth below ground level with proper piling at different places at sea beach with all protection to avoid accidents as per IE rules & as per direction of EIC complete (each pole should be properly earthed) on or before 12.01.2025

Providing on hire basis of LT panel board comprising with 100A -1 No as incoming & 63A -2 Nos. as outgoing main switches incl 160A Bus bar ,Indicator & measuring instrument etc, incl earthling arrangement & dismantling after the function ( 4 location )

Providing on hire basis 4way power MCB DB with required nos of 30/A way MCB as out going & 1 No 63A TPN isolator as incomer etc incl , earthling arrangement & dismantling after the function. (4 location)

Providing on hire basis drawing of main wiring by 1.1KV grade 3 ½ core 25 sq mm PVC/A AL cable through wall /floor/ pavement /catenary /system & dismantling after the function (4 location)

Drawing of LT distribution line from medium pressure voltage by 3 Ph. 4 wire system as per IE rules and ISS rules by PVC single core wire on hire basis on salbollah post & on PCC pole incl. supply of wire installation of binding wire etc. as directed before 12.01.2025

Drawing tube light points from different distribution and feeder lines on salbollah post and PCC pole at different places with supplying on hire basis 40 watt tube light, choke, starter and all other necessary materials to complete the work from 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 = 5 days x 10 Pts x 4 location)

Supply and fitting fixing of 2 PIN 5 Amps plug points [for mobile charger] on hire basis from 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 = 5 days x 4 Pts x 4 location)

Drawing of metal flood light points on hire basis for illumination of school compound from different feeder of 400 watt metal flood fixture, lamp, control gear etc. reqd. to complete the job from 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 = 5 days x 35 pts x 4 location)

Making earthing arrangement by supplying 5/8” dia earth spike of 2 mtr long with galvanized bolts nuts and washer etc including supplying and fitting fixing 8 nos SWG GI wire and restoration of the surface duly rammed as per direction and inter connection earth spike to continuous running earth on the top of the PCC pole (4 location)

Supply of decorative LED chain light for pole decoration on hire basis for 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 = 5 days (4 location)

Supply of 2 x 2.5 sq. mm. and 1 x 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated single core copper wire for connection of chain light on hire basis (4 location)

Supply of 2 x 4 sq. mm. and 1 x 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated single core copper wire for main circuit line on hire basis (4 location)

Labour charges for installation of chain light arrangement for pole decoration as per direction (4 location)

Construction of 12 ft x 14 ft hogla shed by supplying bamboo, polythene sheet, hogla nail etc as per direction of the EIC only for personnel. (4 location)

Guarding arrangement of the whole installation round the clock from 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 = 5 days x 1 personnel/shift x 3 shift (4 location)

Supply, delivery and storage at site of flex board made off with good quality flex sign front and solvent print of different colour and size letter in Bengali, English and Hindi languages [Subject and design as per EIC]. The board should have outside frame of iron ange/aluminium. (Size:- 6' x 4' = 200 Nos)

Fitting fixing of signage board/flex board at different places of Namkhana point i.e. bus stand, taxi stand, jetty, raiway station area including supply of G.I. wire. for completion of the work.

Providing octonal on hire basis along with chair, table and dust bin etc including storage of water pouches. This cost includes charges for keeping the octonal cleane & dismantling the structure afer completion of Mela. W.e.f:- 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 (4 Locations x 2 Nos per location)

Deployment of labours for distribution of water pouches & allied works at different Kisok in connection with Ganga Sagar Mela- 2025 From 12-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 ( 5 days x 1 No personnel/shift x 3 shift x 4 location)

Repairing of LED signage boards by supplying of LED light as per existing sample up to the requirement including connection of power circuit board with LED lamp, wires soldering and necessary jointing materials & testing complete up to the EIC

Supply , delivery and installation and return back to site store after mela at site including design and manufacturing of Aluminium Composite panel [ ACP 3 MM ALUDECOR Exterior AL- 33] LED board with 12 mm importedacrylic pasted vinyl letter ( Mater will be given after confermation of District Administration) as per following subject. ( written language ; Bengal, English & Hindi including PHED logo) With one side glassing alluminium tube of size 2.5" x 1.5" x 1.5 mm with different colour LED as per direction of EIC. The board should have in built power circuit board connected with LED lamp suitable for operating in 230 volt 50 Hz AC supply [Size:- (A)- 4'' x 3' - 12 Nos + 3' x3' =16 nos. ( approx ) for mobile charging Kiosk LED lighting should be of 1.5 Watt original samsung (3 Years warranty) fitting LED modules connected for 12V, 400 watt power ( 2 years gurantee) The board back side should have exterior ACP cover and outside yellow acrylic border ( if asked for ) included with making of all ( N.B: Each board Size as per direction) [These boards should be returned back to store after completion of Mela ]
