Distempering two coats with any approved shade to give an even shade over one coat of white washing including washing cleaning old distempered walls including all cost and labour etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge

Painting two coats with weather coats of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of priming with approved paint and primer on wood and iron work including cost of paint etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30m girth outside the periphery of the area etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the soil within 50M initial lead and 1.5m intial lift. including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3M in depth and as per the direction of Engineer – in – Charge.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm nominal size down graded of crusher broken hard grantie stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road including hoisting lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming byu means of vibrator etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing plain cement concrete with CC (1:2:4) using 12mm size h.g. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting including wtering curing cost conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labour with cost of allT&P required for the work etc complete.

Supplying fittig ad fixng of false ceiling with Arm strong Silhouette main rubber, cross feel wall angle with fine fishered RH-99 board on 4 walls tobe fixed by means of steel screw PVC Plug and the NRC 0.55 sound attenction 34 db arm strong grid 2'-0"x2"-0" suspended from ceiling including cost conveyance taxes of all materials labour T&P etc require for the work complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
