REPAIR/MAINT OF LT DISTRIBUTION/LIGHTENING PROTECTION EARTHING, LEDs AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT WSA AND REPAIR/ MAINT OF MECHNICAL LAUNDARY, INCINETOR AND BOILER AND CONNECTED E/M WORK AT AF STN JAISALMER

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed at site.

M&L for tibba Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M& L for 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab 25 to 35 cm in width of 80 cm long laid dry abutting each other for protection to under ground cableall as specified and directed.

M/L for Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for Returning , filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Supply, laying or fixing or passing through GI pipe, HDPE (DWC pipe) commissioning and testing of PVC / XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of the following cross section area including suitable size lugs including taking out /dismantling of existing cable. Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items:- (a) 10 Sqmm 2 core

(b) -Ditto- all item as per Ser No 9.00 above but 10 Sqmm 4 core
