S&F Servo controlled Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 300 KVA. Make: PureVolt, New Delhi / Servomax Limited, Hyderabad / Jindal Electric, Faridabad / ABC Transformers, Noida / Vertex Power Solutions, Chennai Note: Contractor shall be submitted approved make details with necessary technical and physical features documents of the make as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, lay and testing XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC innersheated, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty LT UG electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 of cross- sectional area 3.5 core 400 Sqmm.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm

M&L for pulverised sand to fill width of trenches for protection of cables including spreading and punning down including watering, consolidation complete all as specified. Note:- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down i.e. 18 cm shall be measured for payment.

S&F steel water tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, 80 mm bore with all fitting; laid in trenches.

Supply, install, testing and commission of chlorine dosing system with agitator for hypo dosing system with sodium hypo chloride liquid chemical 200 ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be submitted approved make details with necessary technical and physical features documents of the make as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (each pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, including provision of galvanised earth strip 25x4 mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel, provision of 32mm dia GI pipes medium grade for earth strip protection connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board, provision of 15 mm dia GI pipe perforated medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit. Cover with 6 No's 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways, including test terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze 75x75x25 mm and drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia, 25 mm long at hex head screw also necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of schedule Part-I 2009 all as specified, directed and testing on completion.
