REVISIONING AND TESTING OF LIFTING TOOLS & TACKLES Job involves complete revision of chain pulley block, EOT/ HOT crane and davit arms by cleaning, oiling, greasing, minor repair, replacement of defective parts if any, assembling, painting, load testing and certification (Chain Pulley block revisioning is to be done by complete dismantling) including manpower, hardware, spares, tools and tackles etc. complete. Load testing and certification of D shackle, sling, hydra, fork lift and lift including manpower, tools and tackles etc. to complete the job. Note: 1. Job shall be carried out in compliance with factories act under strict supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Test certificate for each category shall be submitted in triplicate. 3. Revisioning/ testing of chain pulley block shall be done at a central place by collecting such items from different locations and shall be put back to the respective areas after completion. 4. Testing load has to be transported to work site and back to owner's storage point. 5. After testing the equipment are to be painted and numbered properly with approved paint and particulars are to be written on each equipment as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge
