M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with and including water proofing compound to sunken portion with proper slope towards outside and finishing cement concrete or brick work surface even and smooth using extra cement including application of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete all as specified (Note:- WPC shall measured and paid separately).

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete (sunken floors etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/Sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. Apply second coat of undiluted 0.45 Litres/Sqm. Apply third and final coat of undiluted @ 0.45 Litres/Sqm complete application to be done by the manufacture's or authorised applicator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
