DEMOLITION (Sch 'A' Part II (A))

Taking down old and unserviceable sub main wiring any size/type/core included earth wire complete with batten/conduit etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable distribution board and any type/way/capacity including fuses, MCB,s insulaltor complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY (Sch 'A' Part IV (A))

Supply and fixing energy efficient, wall mounted LED batten type fitting not less than 22W, 230 volt, provided with extruded aluminium housing for efficient heat dissipation with polycarbonate diffuser and all accessories alongwith integrated electronic driver including connecting up with ceiling rose using twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & hanging ceiling fan, 1200 mm sweep, 5 star rated with baldes, down rod and all accessories, 230 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing security lighting luminaire for use with LED lamps of capacity not less than 40 watts, 230 volts with high quality lenses & reflector, high grade aluminium pressure Die-cast housing with toughened glass cover, IP_65 class of protection complete with control gear and all accessories fixed with 25 mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket 1.2 mtr long bent to shape, fixed on wall with MS flat clamps, nuts & bolts as required complete all as specified and directed. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY (Sch 'A' PART-VIII (A))

Excavating/cutting the hard standing/path/road etc in trenches not exceeding 0.45 mtrs wide and not exceeding 0.60 mtrs in depth for laying the GI protection pipes any size and retruning filling of excavated soils after layingt of GI protection pipe upto a depth of 0.30 mtrs and removing thesurplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Note : PCC for make good of the disturbed surface upto 30cm depth from ground level will be measured and paid under respective items.

M&L for labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension not less than 600 x 600 x 600 mm and suitable for sluice valve of size 80mm bore with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work in CM 1:6, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, coping in pcc 1:2:4 type B1 including necessary earth work fame work and provision of MS sheet cover of size 3.0 mm on 25x25x6mm anlge iron frame with locking arrangement including painting of MS sheet and angle with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat or red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION (Sch 'A' PART-IX (A))

Supply and fix MCCB enclosure suitable for TPN MCCB or rating 160 Amps, 415 V AC, 50 Hz to be fixed on wall in existing sub station of the user to fix MCCB for initial tapping with necessary grouting bolt 04 Nos complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCCB will be measured and paid under respective item.

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of self supporting totally enclosed double door at front, LT feeder piller compartmentalised design, dust and varmin proof of size 1500 mm (Height) x 1000 mm (length) x 450mm (width) suitable for 440 volt 3 phase 4 wire system made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and built upon rigid frame work having front and rear hinged doors with neoprene rubber gasket including danger plate, earthing strip point and ventilation louvers at the rear side bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size of zinc/chromium plated and nuts, bolts and washers etc. The panel shall be synthetic enamelled painted and the control circuit diagram shall be with colour code solid conductor copper 1.5 sqmm cable for easy identification including incomming/outgoing cable holes at the bottom. The panel shall be embedded with 75 x 75 x 6 mm MS angle iron frame 50 cm above the normal ground level complete with pcc foundation (1:2:4) type B2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and comprising of the following :- BUS BAR :- Electrolytic grade high conductivity TP & N solid copper bus bars, rated 800 Amps supported at required intervals sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleevings. Supply and connect PVC insulate, PVC sheathed three core twiested flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm from junction box to street light fitting including 15mm dia light grade GI pipe for cable protection and minimum 02 sets iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc for fixing the GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.
