REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE POINT WIRING, FITTINGS, SERVICE CONNECTIONS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN BHARATPUR LINE AT MIL STN DHARAMSHALA

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately), for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS electric cable 1100 volts cable and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings/ accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm ( multi-stranded) copper conductor single core( Green colour) cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly including wooden box covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for one light point/ fan/exhaust fan point/ bell point etc controlled by one, one way switch,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Plaza/Polycab Note : (i) New Sunken boxes wherever required shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost. (iii) Electric rewiring should be followed by proper colour coding i.e. Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth.

All as per item No 2 here-in-above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 02 here-in-above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 02 here-in-before , but for one socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor ( Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts (ISI Marked) including PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts 2.5 Sqmm copper stranded conductor as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix (in replacement ) of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 12 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Legrand/SCHNIDER Note: (i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. (ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing surface. Make: Havells/Legrand/ABB

Supply & fix (in replacement ) of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 08 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix ( in replacement ) of existing unserviceable batten with BOX TYPE Pre-coated CRCA body, heavy duty regal batten for LED tube universal batten for G13 T8 lamps includings necessary fitting on wall and making electric connection from ceiling rose to connector with suitable size of electric cable and making good the disturbed surface . Supply & fix (in replacement ) of existing unserviceable wall mounted fitting with Decorative, wall mounting, ss finish fixture with opal glass diffuser suitable for 8 W LED candle lamp complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. . Make: Havell's Model: ARISTO Cat part No. LHJE01106499 or equivalent in Phillips/CG/WIPRO.

Angular type lamp holder, PVC/ polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for 15/18 watts for batten fitting, including plastic square board of required size complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/CONA/Crabtree/SSK

1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor (in replacement), served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 10 Sqmm, 2 core complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

1100 volts grade PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, Croos sectional area 16 Sqmm, 2 Core all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 1x10 watt LED environmental friendly, ultra modern, energy saving, surface mounted, decorative oval bulk head edge light fitting with lamp complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) including iron angle frme 40x40x6mm and medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe including excavation and charcoal ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate complete all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix (in replacement) of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with DB’s suitable for MCBs of triple pole and neutral, 4 way, 415 volt, double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar double door type with one incoming and 12 outgoing complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: ABB Cat part No.DHDNTHCDPW04 or equivalent in Havells/Legrand. Note: (i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. (ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing shall be part of job.

Supply and fix (in replacement) of MCB TPN 63 Amp complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:Havells Cat part No. DHMGCTNF040 or equivalent in any makes specified in group 'A' of Appendix 'C'.

Supply and fix (replacement) for sheet metal enclosure of size 750x600x300mm made out of 2mm thick MS sheet suitable for fixing the MCB DB & meters, single door type with locking arrangement and reconnecting commissioning including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to internal and external surfaces with machine spray, necessary cutting, PCC work, disturbed surfaces match to existing surface complete included in the job complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix (in replacement) of Recess mounted LED luminaire with more light distribution and clutter free ceilings of 34 watt suitable for grid celling and conical de-glaring prism center panel for efficient down light.
