Material and Labour Charges

Dismantling of Pressed tiles and whethering Coarse including the cost of labour ,lead charges etc

Providing and laying weather proof solor reflective ceramic tiles 300mm x 300mm size over screed concrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 6mm HBG metal with average thickness of 50 mm for required gradient and using best quality one course of weather proof solar reflective ceramic tiles of approved quality using CM 1:3, 12mm thick and using 3mm spacer and pointing with water repellent U bond and grout including cost of all mateirals, transport curing etc complete

Plastering with CM.1:5 mix using 12mm thick for inside & outside walls, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, litf, etc, complete.

Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3,10mm thick including cost of all materials lead lift etc complete.

Floor Finishing with CC 1: 2: 3 (one cement Two sand & three HBS jelly) 50 mm thick using chips of grade 10 mm and below and rubbed smoothly finish ncluding cost of all materials, labour, lead, litf, etc, complete.
