Repair of 22 KV HT line from Nathpa Substation to BAP kafnu Power House

Scope of Work

De- stringing conductor of OLD project feeder (Line-II) 6/1/3.35 mm sq. and rollong of conductor and keeping it at safe place till its resagging. Re-sagging of 3 phase ACSR conductor 6/1/3.35 mm conductor per meter i.e laying, stringging, sagging, winding, jointing complete in all respect as per REC standards and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Re-sagging of 3 phase ACSR conductor 6/1/3.35 mm conductor per meter i.e laying, stringging, sagging, winding, jointing complete in all respect as per REC standards and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Shifting of 6 Nos. Single pole structures of 22 KV HT Line (New Project Feeder) from Nathpa S/s to BAP Kafnoo: - - Dismentling of 06 No. single pole structures of 22 KV line along with its associated accessories by manual excuvation of pit and removing soil around poles and then manual lifting of pole to the desired place along with de-stringging of conductor(6/1/3.35 sq. mm). - Erection of 6 Nos. single pole structure i.e. 6 Nos. 11 meter long Steel Tabular Pole with associated accessories, local muffing complete in all respect i.e. digging of earth pit, filling of soil in the pits, fixing of cross arms, fixing of danger plate and fixing of 6 Nos. stay set to single pole structures along with stringing of conductor (6/1/3.35 sq. mm) as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge (EIC).

Providing, erection and fixing of 15 Nos. Stay set complete in all respect i.e. digging of pits, fixing of Stay rods, nozzeling, tightening etc. as per REC standards and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge (EIC).

Repair & repacement/renewal of all defective parts of 2 Nos G.O switches, one at sherpa colony on 22 KV new projecct feeder Line-I and one at Bahi on 22 kV old project feeder Line-II: - -Replacement/renewal of 06 Nos. burnt/damaged male/moving contact blades, 06 Nos. burnt/damaged female contact blades and 06 nos. pedestal in 22 KV HT Line New project feeder from Nathpa sub station to BAP Kafnoo Power House, HPSEBL, Katgaon as per requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and replacement/renewal of 06 Nos. polymeric type Lighting Arrester/Surge Arrester of following specification: - Voltage level = 22 KV, Isc = 16 KA, In = 5 KA, Class- D, 50/60HZ, Uc - 14.4 KV to Ur - 18 KV, Model No. DAO -18D, for 22 KV Switchyard, Make: - Raychem RPG .

Providing and replacement of 1 Nos. G.O. Switch, at Bahi on 22 KV old Project Feeder Line 11 emanating from Kafnoo to 66/22 KV sub-station Nathpa under Bhaba Electrical Sub Div. No. I, Katgaon.
