Annual contract for repair and maintenance and up-keeping of water supply system for all quarters and establishment including cutting of grass at Jhalung colony I, II, Stage II colony, Hospital, Store of Jaldhaka Hydel Project, Kalimpong for 2 years

Clearing of chokage inside the water tank (i.e intake) as well as drinking water lines, and removing the same to a safe distance, and also cleaning of 02 (two) nos trash racks of open channel (3 to 4) times daily, closing and opening of valves, sluice valve of open channel, Fore bay tank etc. as and when necessary, including all incidental charges complete for tools and tackles in this connections (the above operation to be done as and when required to maintain uninterrupted water supply throughout the year). (i) Channel & Rango jhora.(For I.B & Stage - II Colony)

Clearing of wet bed materials, boulders, and silts from the bed of Channel jhora, Rango jhora and Jhalung jhora water source intake points of I.B, Jhalung colony - 1, Jhalung colony - 2, Stage -2 colony, Hospital, Civil office and Store including removal of spoils to a safe place/distance as and when required (this job is to be executed as per direction of the EIC and based on pre measurements taken jointly)

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition.

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.

Supply of Bleaching powder of approved quality

Supply of Alum of approved quality

Weekly maintenance of water supply fittings and fixtures inside the JHP employee's quarters at Jhalung colony-1, Jhalung colony-2,Stage-II colony, I.B, Hospital, Store and Civil office. The job includes repairing of any leakages at pipe lines of kitchen, bath room, wash basin, cistern etc and replacing the same if required, and any other jobs of internal water supply lines as required by the EIC. for above replacements, fitting and fixtires as required wil be supplied by the JHP authority. Tools and tackles required will be arranged by the agency ( The above operation will be done as and when required but not beyond the estimated quantity)

Cutting of branches of trees shrubs and trimming of grass and weeds iii) Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders / berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations as per technical specifications Clause 1914 for Rural Roads of MORD.

The maintenance of drains include erosion, repair, clearing, cleaning, reshaping, regarding, deepening of side drains as well as catch water drains as per technical specification Clause 1907 for Rural Roads of MORD.
