Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the debris from the premices to outside MOD land complete .

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floor for finishes complete.

M&L for joint free anti skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but n.exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in vertical surfaces,dado,skirting etc of size 300x200x7mm/450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles ( light shade ) 10mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 Sqm as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 complete.

All as per item No.7 above but in dado,skirting etc over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 22mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including rubbing and mirror polishing .

All as per item No.9 above but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of kota/marble stone slabs on edge such as in steps and other similar situations.

Making holes in marble/granite/kota stone fixed on kitchen platform and like to facilitate/ insert gas tubing og appropriate size and shape.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debrish from site to outside MoD Land.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including use of necessary form work,cutting joints and filled with sand bitumen mastic all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to be finished even and fair complete.

S& F for 60mm thick machine pressed, factory made, precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment to match, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade laid over 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete.

M&L for factory made precast kerb stone in cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:4 as in road and path complete .

Taking down existing tarfelt including mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of).

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Cement plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces using WPC @3% by weight of cement including finished even and smooth. (b) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and applying evenly a bituminuous primer coat @ 0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (minimium weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame.
