INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix ceilling fan 1200 mm sweep complete with blade, canopy and down rod and connecting up to and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable 23/0.0076 from ceilling rose to connector block complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix exhaust fan 300 mm sweep heavy duty 240 V AC single phase complete with louvers and shutters of any sweep including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable of 23/ 0.0076 up to ceiling rose and grouting 04 Nos full threaded bolts and nuts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED batten single tube 1 x 20 W (4 feet long) 230V , 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient inbuilt converter, driver having lumen efficient of minimum 100 lumen per watt, diffusers etc complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED batten single tube 2 x 18 W (4 feet long) 230V , 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient inbuilt converter, driver having lumen efficient of minimum 100 lumen per watt, diffusers etc complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED batten single tube 1 x 10 W ( 2 feet long) 230V, 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient inbuilt converter, driver having lumen efficient of minimum 100 lumen per watt, diffusers etc complete with all accessories intenally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make: Orient Cat no. LRT8-10-C or equivalent make mentioned in Appendix 'B' as approved by GE.

Supply and fix Building Security light luminaire LED 15 W 5700K, IP-65 with aesthetically designed sheet aluminium housing and UV stabilised acrylic cover complete with lamp and internal connection including bracket made of 40 mm dia GI ppe light grade fixed with MS clamp of suitable size grouted on wall with suitable nos of screws/bolts/nuts etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Polycab Cat no. PUB0502001 or equivalent make mentioned in Appendix 'B' as approved by GE.

Supply and fix MCB Single pole and neutral 230 volt B curve 10 KA, 6 to 32 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole, 5 to 30 Amp 240 volt B curve 10 KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB TPN,100 Amps 415 V B curve 16 KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 Volts grade cable, drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit heavy duty grade ISI marked 25 mm dia (external) with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm with conduit accessories and one run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as earth conductor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All runs of cable and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one metre length of unit.

Supply and fix LED high bay luminaire with aluminium die cast housing with IP 65 6000K of 60W or of nearest available size complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Drilling and tapping the existing CI line of 100 mm bore in position for providing ferrule with clamps, nuts, bolts etc. including excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of PCC block masonry valve pit chamber of size 650 x 650 x 400mm (Internal dimensions) with 150m thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate , with 150mm wide offsets all around, block masonry (1:3:6) built in CM 1:6, 150 mm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth internally and rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) finished fair and even externally including excavation earthwork in any type of soil, returning and filling, removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast, mild steel handles and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, testing and commissioning sluice valve, 80mm dia, heavy duty, class PN 1.0, flanged ends, any pattern, with head wheel and brass spindle, conforming to IS 14846-2000, ISI marked, with jointing material, flanged joint rubber gasket 6mm thick, including suitable size bolts, nuts, washer and rubber gasket complete including taking down of existing sluice valve of any size complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for stone slab/patti, 40 to 50mm thick, rough dressed, Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cables, 25mm to 35mm wide and 80 cm long, laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED street light made up of pressure die cast housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection better optics for uniform distribution for street light luminaire 45 watt, 5700 K having lumen efficiency of minimum 100 lumen per watt, 230V 50 Hz including all necessary fitting accessories and LED lamps with 2.8m long 40mm dia light grade GI pipe bracket bent to shape fixed on existing pole with FI clamps 40 x 6 mm including necessary nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.
