Annual Maintenance contract of window Airconditioners, Split Airconditioners, Refrigerators, Watercoolers, Bottle coolers etc., by rectification of all kinds of faults including replacement of fan motors, relays, thermostats, capacitors, OLPs, Gas charging,oil charging, etc. strictly as per the scope of work of all units covered under this contract (do not include quarterly service)

Quarterly servicing (Routine service) of the following Air conditioners, Water coolers & Refrigerators of different makes have to be serviced once in three months as mentioned in the preventive maintenance service report format enclosed in the annexure-B. The routine maintenance includes cleaning the AC unit, cleaning of air filter, oiling of the fan motor, checking of all electrical connections, cleaning of condenser & evaporator coils by water, measuring & recording necessary parameter as mentioned in the service report and check the performance of the unit.

Dismantling of various capacities Water Cooler, Refrigerator & Deep-Freezer and shifting to AC workshop, CWCP by means of tricycle within IGCAR complex.

Shifting and installation of new/old 1.5 TR window Airconditioners within IGCAR complex.

Shifting and installation of new/old Water Cooler, Refrigerator & Deep-Freezer within IGCAR complex.

Supply and installation of 1.5TR Split type Air-conditioners with minimum ISEER value (Wh/Wh) shall be 5.0 and confirming to IS:1391 (Part-2) with latest amendments. Air-conditioners capable of performing; Cooling, Dehumidifying, Air Circulation & Filtering. Note: The inter connecting copper tubes with insulation and power cable of min. 4mtr to be supplied with this AC units.

Supply and installation of 2.0TR Split type Air-conditioners with minimum ISEER value (Wh/Wh) shall be 3.8 and confirming to IS:1391 (Part-2) with latest amendments. Air-conditioners capable of performing; Cooling, Dehumidifying, Air Circulation & Filtering. Note: The inter connecting copper tubes with insulation and power cable of min. 4mtr to be supplied with this AC units.

Supply and installation of compressor for 1.5TR window/Split Airconditioner's as per original removed/ specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of compressor for 2.0 TR Split Airconditioner's as per original removed/ specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of compressor for 2.5/3.0 TR Split Airconditioner's as per original removed/ specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of compressor for 80 l/hr capacity Water cooler as per original removed/ specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of compressor for 300 litre capacity Refrigerator as per original removed/ specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of compressor for 500 litre Deep freezer as per original removed/ specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of Hot gas & Liquid line Copper piping alongwith thermal insulation and suitable cabling and 3 core, 2.5 sq. mm, 1100 V multistrand flexible FRLS copper cable to interconnect indoor and outdoor units of 1.5TR & 2TR Split AC as per the specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of Airconditioner's Condenser/Evaporator coil as per original removed/as per the specification given in the scope of work.

Washable synthetic Air filter for 1.5TR window Airconditioner as per original removed/as per the specification given in the scope of work.

Washable synthetic Air filter for 1.5/2TR Split Airconditioner as per the as per original removed/as per the specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of UPVC filter assembly along with 1 m braided hose with suitable inlet & outlet connectors, fixing plate for using Water Coolers as per the specification given in the scope of work..

Supply and installation of 10 micron Spun Poly Propline Pre filter ( sediment filter) element of 500 mm length, 50 mm OD with minimum flow rate of 3 lpm filtration for using Water Coolers as per the specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of 500 mm length Activated Carbon filter for having a minimum Iodine value of 900 for adsorption of residual chlorine, removal of odor, and other contaminations for taste improvement of the filtered water for using above Water Cooler filter as per the specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of chromium coated brass 1/2" water cooler tap/faucet (push cock type/gravity type) for the above Water Cooler as per the specification given in the scope of work.

Supply and installation of chromium coated brass 3/4" float valve assembly with 100 mm dia float valve for the above Water Cooler as per the specification given in the scope of work.
